What we stand for and what we don't
Allies for a Strong Australia is a non-denominational, non-partisan civic movement. We speak in the language of Australian values and Judaeo-Christian heritage, not imported culture-war terminology. We are serious, measured, and solution-oriented.
We Stand For
-
A strong Australia: Confident in its values, united in its diversity, and serious about the safety and dignity of every citizen.
-
A clear line against antisemitism: In our schools, on our streets, online and in public life. Without hesitation, and without qualification.
-
Social cohesion as a national priority: Treated with the seriousness of a national security issue, because that is what it is.
-
Active defence of democratic values: The rule of law, free speech within the law, equal citizenship, and the freedom to live without fear.
- Every Australian's right to a fair go: No community should have to carry this burden alone; no Australian should feel unsafe because of who they are.
We Are Not
-
A single-issue lobby group: Antisemitism is the canary in the coal mine. The deeper question is the health of our democracy.
-
Exclusively Jewish, or exclusively Christian: Our founding communities still matter. But this movement belongs to every Australian.
-
A political party, or a front for one: We do not endorse candidates. We engage every side of politics on our four messaging pillars.
- Shrill: We will be heard, but we will not shout.
